perfect!

I bought this for our camp we have and it arrived a week earlier than initially thought (score!) and then was ao easy for my husband to install. we had to buy some fixtures for outside, but nothing relates to the actual stove. we have already used it, and because in northern VT in early April we still have snow, cooked marshmallows for s'more for the grandsons over the burner. so excited to use it all the time. thank you Lowes!!!

Perfect for what it is

This is a great budget off grid stove. Conversion to LP was easy as the instructions were clear. Oven temp seems accurate as pizza and cookies didn't burn or undercook. Battery ignition worked fine. No damage when opening the box. Some assembly was required but only took 15 minutes.

Contact the 3rd party installer once identified

It was an exact fit.

the screws for the battery pack must be tight work

It is a nice store but we don’t like the battery pack that you need to start the store.

Check parts for physical damage before delivery

Drive up service was flawless. Associate helped load the stove on to the truck. However upon setting up at home I noticed that one leveling leg screw was stripped. Had to apply wood block to effect leveling. Otherwise after adjusting elements for propane the stove top and oven worked fine.

Incomplete delivery- rude

Paid for hook up and parts along with haul away fee- the drivers were dismissive and rude- did not hook up new oven and did not haul old oven away. Very disappointed and angry about outcome. Will never use again Left oven curbside (photo)

Frustratec

It took 5 deliveries to get 2 stoves that were not either damaged or not working correctly.

It came with a broken thermostat sensor wire to the oven. Wasn't attached just hanging all kinked up loose! Front left foot was sheared off metal fastening leg, no way to level the unit.
