I bought this in April and just now using it. I love it. It works great. I am the type who has to have cold air blowing on me when I sleep. It's a perfect height. I used to have a regular size one and I would have to put it up on a counter height chair and bungee it to the chair in case we had an earthquake. This one is perfect.

Shocking Customer Experience

Tried to cancel my online order the same day that I ordered. Lowe's would not allow. I declined delivery of the item when FedEx attempted delivery. It's been 23 days since I declined the delivery, and still no refund. Called Lowe's and they said the item was still with FedEx. Huh? It only took FedEx 5 days to get the item to me but takes 20 days (and counting) to get the item back to lowes..... Lowe's should have refunded way earlier as they have the track number and can see FedEx has it....

GARBAGE!

This never worked from the time it was delivered. It took 3 calls to Hisense and their outside repair company finally said there are no replacement parts available. We went through the 90+ degree week thinking the unit would be serviced. I have ordered a different brand.

Do NOT buy this unit! We paid the premium for this higher-end Hisense model because it was advertised with automatic continuous draining. Instead, we have to manually drain it every day. It is misleading and defeats the whole reason we bought it. The unit throws off error codes in the middle of the night and shuts off, not great for sleeping through the night... Works well

Works great without creating the negative pressure with a single hose unit.

Inverter tower

Works great but only had it a week. The tower takes up less room and although uses two hoses they pretty much act as one and not a big deal. Set up in a vertical window, ez pz and super quiet. We have humidity so attach the included hose to an empty coffee can and did notice a minimal amount of water in the can which is what I expected. We now have recently aquired 3 Hisense products, the A.C. unit, a higher end T.V. for outdoor use and an entry level 43" T.V. All seem to be performing well. May...
