It’s quiet, with ample airflow and efficient. It cools great and installation was relatively easy with two people. I’m sure one could do it but it was installed upstairs so to be safe I had an extra person to help.

Worse air conditioning unit to date

DONT EVER BUY THIS. This air conditioner sucks and I don’t know where to begin. The remote has zero backlight so forget trying to use it at night. It’s got an auto sensor on every setting except one, so it will constantly turn off. It never reaches the temperature it says. I constantly have it set to 61 degrees and it has never cooled my room off below 70. It won’t connect to the app. This is a waste of money and they don’t have customer support with humans so good luck trying to get help. Pleas...

Great air conditioner. I love the remote control and easy setup. I highly recommend.

This is pretty simple to set up. I would have gave it five stars but there was no instructions on how to get on the Wi-Fi I had to Google everything and what app to use. Once you're on the Wi-Fi you can turn it on or off and use any settings when you're not even at home.

Pay attention to condition of unit before install

Picked up order and external packing was intack. At home opened carton and inspected. All inside packing, Styrofoam was where it should be and undamaged. Initial inspection of air conditioner didnt see any damage. Installed unit and when I tried to install EVA side curtain it would not fit. Closer inspection reveled sheet metal bent outward. Also, upper right rear corner was pushed in. Appears to be factory damage that was not caught by quality inspectors. Unit worked so was not returned to stor...

Better than my previousl GE and LG Units…

I would say overall I like this unit and it blows extremely cold, almost too cold! The only reason it wasn’t a 5/5 was I don’t think the mount bracket is suitable for all windows. Example….mine was installed in my FROG in the second story of my house, so I have a different style window/sill. I did ultimately get it to work, but was as the directions intended. Overall tho the unit feels like high quality and is whisper quiet. I wish there was an “auto” mode however. Instead it’s whatever temper...
