I returned this unit after it ran for two days and didn't move the temperature in the room a bit. Coolish air comes out of the front. but the whole unit and the hose are hot and heat like a radiant heater. Th longer the hose the more radiant surface to heat the area behind the unit which is where the air intake is. Does not cool down room
You are not able to direct the air, it on blow straight out in one direction. Also, the outtake hose gets so hot it defeats the purpose of having an air conditioner, it makes the room hotter!

User Accessibility Design Flaws
Worked somewhat okay, but has some design flaws. There are only filters on the evaporator air intake which you can clean. The condenser air intake does not have a filter you can easily remove and clean, so hair and dust quickly build up in this area.

Mixed review
Works alright but only have had it for a year and I do drain it every so often but it has a nasty smell like musky water and it makes me sick. I can’t afford to get another one for my 94 year old aunt. There is no way to do a thorough cleaning on the unit. Other ones are a way to clean it but not this one.
