Purchase brand new. Attached a hose to gravity drain and it still continued to drain into the container. Inspected the hose outlet and it had a piece of plastic inside and couldn’t get it out to free the path for water. Tried customer service and was on hold for over an hour. Hung up and returned next day. Avoid this unit. QC is horrible.

Good, but not great.
It works, replacing one that was leaking everywhere (a different brand). I like that the airflow comes out the top and not the side (frees up more space). I wish there was a window on the front to see how much water is inside. I use it in a bathroom with poor ventilation.

works great when it works
had it for less than 2 months for our garage that's heated just has moisture when the snow melts off the truck. put it on auto I was dumping the container daily for probably 4 weeks then it quit having water in it while continuing to run. I assumed my fiance was just dumping it before I'd get to it in the morning. nope it just quit sucking up water not even 6 weeks in to owning it
