I bought 2 Hisense air conditioners four years ago. They are excellent air conditioners but dealing with their service department is a nightmare. I needed to find out where to get one of the air conditioners repaired. It still works but when it turns on it makes a loud noise. It’s not under warranty, so all I need is the name of a repair shop. do not waste your money
bought out of desperation last summer. doesn't even cool one room, let alone 2. constantly ices over and has to be shut down until thw ice melts. Definitely getting rid of it so9n before it gets too hot. even now im sitting right next to it and I have sweat running down my face.

This air conditioner works great. I had my central air conditioner go down for a week and used this as a backup with great success. This easily can cool my 400sqft bedroom I highly recommend it.
