Just stoped working

Would Not Recommend

Unit used a few times in the summer months. Usually then kept in climate controlled storage. Just stopped working. Turns on, but fan never starts to blow. Not something you expect to just stop working after a few months of owning. Can’t return it and probably take weeks to get parts for. Reached out to customer support and never heard anything back.

lasted 18 months

Do not buy this. barely lasted 18 months now nothing happens, led lights up but no fan no compressor just does not work anymore. horrible unit

Upon removing from the box, the back of the unit was damaged. Because we are in dire need, I can’t take it back but not sure if this is a common occurrence with Hisense?

Don't buy a Hisense AC!!!

I purchased three Hisense inverter multiple AC's all within a few weeks of each other. One of them died before the year warranty was up. The other two have now died within a couple weeks of each other, now at about 25 months after purchase.

This has worked for less than a week. I have cancer and the medication and treatment make me even sicker in the heat. It took me a few days to get it in, it worked for a few days then started making a horrible noise and not working. Do not purchase!
