Ok, but beware the plastic hose connector

I've had this unit for right at 2 years. It has worked fine up until now. But now, right at the warranty cutoff, the plastic connector for the drainage hose has broken off. Not too sturdy. I'm not optimistic the company will honor the warranty, especially after trying to contact their "support" number.

It does the job very well. Is loud so not good to sit it in the TV room. Two things I don't like, (1) The panel is difficult to read without a strong light. (2) Can't adjust humidity level in auto mode. There is a manual mode but when the desired level is reached, the fan continues running after the compressor shuts off. Auto mode shuts off the fan.
