The first range I received was damaged and didn’t work right. Another one was ordered and works fine. Trying to get by the AI assistant when calling the store is extremely frustrating! When I was finally anle to get it to connect me to customer service, I was cut off several times. I had to call the pro desk and have them connect me with customer service. The store mamager Brandon was very helpful.

Stove stopped working.
Had the stove for about a week then when cooking thanksgiving dinner, the over gave an error and then stopped working. The cook top still worked but the over wouldn't do anything at all. Had to return the stove and buy another stove.
