So far, very happy with this dehumidifier. Easy set-up. I have it draining into my sump pump basin. I set the operation to auto. Within 24 hours, my basement humidity was down to 52%. Fan has 3 speeds that are auto controlled by the current humidity level. Low fan noise level, especially at the two slowest speeds.

A little expensive but worth it

Would Recommend

So far so good. I appreciate being able to adjust the humidity level and how large the tank is. It’s a little loud for me, but I’m sensitive- I know they can be a lot louder.

My problem with this product is that you can’t get parts. I had to buy a new one because I couldn’t get a replacement water bucket for my old one. The replacement bucket is still on back order with no estimate of availability.

Faulty unit

Would Not Recommend

I purchased this dehumidifier in May 2026. The humidity sensor failed. I tried all the troubleshooting recommended by customer service and the unit shuts down with 12 hours of reset and the error message reappears. Hisense says warranty doesn’t apply since I purchased through PECO Marketplace

Lack of Selection - I Got a Decent Product.

Would Recommend

I bought it because it was the only model in stock that had a pump option. It's in my basement and works well. The in store experience was meh, I had to hunt someone down to ask where they were located.
