I purchased this refrigerator 2 years ago and after the water connection was set, it started to leak heavily, causing water damage in my basement. Lowes replaced the entire refrigerator and it worked okay for a while. But after 2 years the same exact issue occurred and neither Lowes nor Hisense can do anything about it. The small faulty piece of plastic that keeps breaking will cost about half the fridge's value to replace.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been waiting 2 weeks to fix the door on a firdge I bought 1 month ago. I keep getting the run around from Customer Srervice. I still do not have an appointment with whoever services this product in Calgary. No customer service = no stars.
Good while it lasted (sort of)
We liked the size of this fridge and the abundance of ice. The top icemaker would freeze up every couple of months and someone had to use a wooden spoon to dislodge the ice that was stuck. We have had this fridge for 2 years and 11 months. The freezer stopped working and we had to throw everything out. That’s about 10 days ago. Today it started working again. The warranty expired. I don’t think you can own appliances anymore. It feels like we just rent them.
Broke after 1 year
I received this fridge on Sept 30, 2024. On Sept 29, 2025 I noticed a leak in my garage. I found out today Oct 2, 2025 that my home warranty found it best to just replace the whole unit. A fridge should last longer than a year. I have never in my nearly 40 years of life ever had a fridge break in such a short period of time. Poorly made.

Honeymoon is OVER!
Initially, everything was great with this product. But in after just under a year, the entire sealed cooling system failed. But, I thought, it has a 2-year warranty, - yea! But, Hisense customer care policy is poor at best. We're now going on over a week with a non-working product and we've just been informed that the technician won't reach out to schedule an attempted fix for 24-48 hours, but they mean "business hours"... so 24-48 hours means we won't see or hear from anyone for 5-6 working...
not a good brand
my fridge from day one had problems, don't let it fool you its very small, the first day lights didn't work, and the ice maker takes over a min to get ice, they replaced the ice maker and LED lights well its been a year and guess what's out, the same thing and same problem a year later, now let me give a honest review this thing is small even for one person, two gallons of milk is all that can fit any thing taller than milk wont fit unless you lay it down, forget it if you have anything big no ...
Wouldn't but it again
I have had it about one and a half years now and the freezer ice maker has quit working twice. The good news is it has a two-year warranty, and the repair services have been good. The rest of the refrigerator is functioning good so far.

Great Product for the Price
I paid $350 for this Refridgerator in 2/2025. So far we have not had any issues. I did purchase an extended warranty as I do with all of my appliances.

Don’t waste your money
The ice maker wasn’t working within 48 hours. Lowes replaced it. Ice maker stopped working the next week. Hisense sent a tech and replaced the ice maker. Ice maker continued to stop working, get clogged with ice. Finally, the whole thing died. A fridge should last more than 3.5 years. Never buying Hisense again!
