Very pleased with performance. Quiet,

frequently moldy

keeps growing mold around the fan. works over a year otherwise. the smell is pretty strong. checked level. sprayed vinegar, drilled drain holes but i can see mold around the foam where it blows in to the house.

Worked Excellent for about 18 months

This unit worked great for 18 months and then stopped cooling efficiently. It keeps freezing up in 90+ degree weather and is costing us twice the electricity of our main unit.

Ugh

It seems to work ok - was missing side brackets- screws didnt fit and was bowed on top - so bracket for window had huge gap and filter door was hard to open because if bowing - im not gonna lie it was so heavy and i was exhausted so we compromised and used tape and our own screws because i wasnt gonna load that heavy thing up to return it - but I WAS NOT IMPRESSED- boo Lowes!

Nothing, they were all focusing on me & my needs.

Customer Service ,Argentina, was a super hero. Just out of the hospital, my AC died after only having it one year to the month. Argentina and others helped me get it off the shelf and to the register . She labeled & got it set aside for pick up. I cried when i got outside, feeling better knowing I would not suffer and day in my house at 102°. I thought I had suffered another stroke, fortunately it was heat exhaustion and dehydration.

Previous purchased was cancelled even though the A/C was physically in the store.

Nice machine! Works great! Seems better on electricity than GE unit it replaced. A great answer to a problem for me

No cold air after 14 months of use

The unit stopped producing cold air 14 months after purchase date (June 2024). Will not purchase a Hisense product ever again.
