DON'T SHOP HERE!

I had to buy a much longer bolt than what I needed. The correct size was not available because the Hardware section in the Willoughby, OH store is terrible. Never fully stocked, items in the wrong bins, etc. I've been going to this store (1 mile away from me) for 15 years. It's always the same. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
