Grabbed these to fix a wobbly table leg and they did exactly what I needed. The machine thread was clean, the wood thread bit in solid, and everything tightened down nice and snug. No stripping, no fighting, no surprises. Sometimes you just want hardware that behaves itself and this does. Would definitely buy again.

My only wish is that they would make these with an easier way to screw them into the wood. a screwdriver slot in the machine end or a flat or hex spot in the center would be a huge help. But I don't think anyone makes them that way
