bought these to mount steel brackets to hold up a granite counter overhang, one snapped at 2/3 way into a 2 x 10, 3 others stripped, i was using a brand new makita p3 bit, switched to a p 2, had one more strip, not good quality, maybe if you are building a barbie house.
