Recently used a dozen of these for a project. They worked great, very easy to use. Since I wanted to use #4 screws to attach them rather than using brads/nails, I had to enlarge the holes slightly with drill bit, but it was not difficult. The biggest challenge with these was finding them all. I ended up going to 4 different Lowe's stores in the area to round up all 12. Inventories shown in the app we're way off.
