Fast bullet ice
Easy to use. Makes ice fast. Like others in this class of makers the ice will melt. I use it to fill the bin in my freezer which was my plan from the beginning. The build quality is good. Time will tell for long term durability as I've only owned it for a few weeks. So far it works as expected and I'm happy with it.
Great little ice maker!
Love that it makes ice quickly, it’s super quiet and efficient, only thing is we wish it had a “freezer” component to keep the ice cold in the basin, once it makes ice you have to move it into your freezer because it just melts and repeats the ice making process

Great when it worked
The icemaker was great when it worked. It only lasted about 2 months and the arm broke. We fixed it and it broke again and then stopped working all together. The store could not provide the manufacturer information either to get a replacement.
Broke first time I used it
Makes good ice However the lifter to get the ice into the basket broke the first time I used it. There is no room to get your hands inside to snap it back in.
Rapid ice for small uses
The machine produces ice quickly. So, if you need only a small batch, it is efficient. Like similar models, the ice begins melting as soon as it is made, which makes it difficult to accumulate and store.

We like it. No issues. We got it on sale for 104. Plan to take it on vacation this summer. Makes ice quick.
