Coverage
The information concerning max coverage is false. The description state that a max coverage of 250sqf and that's completely incorrect. I used the recommended trowel of 1/16 and 1 gallon only got me 125sqft coverage. I'm on my 3rd gallon for a 400sqft area and these are not cheap.
Easy glue
It spreads easy and the smell is not as bad as some that I have used

It did spread easy. It took forever to set and then it didn't stick. It also made the top veneer of the plywood subfloor peel off.
