We did a complete bathroom remodeling back to the studs. The tub showed "in stock" with a pickup date of approximately 1 week. After the order it was updated to 1 month. I called the vendor and was told it would be 6 weeks because they were not in stock. I asked why he would not inform Lowes so customers could have a realistic expectation of delivery. why would you sell a product with such features and don't allow the purchaser to see the pdf file to be able to see installation requirements.
Disappointed
First this product came with zero instructions on how to install. I called and I searched for instructions. My plumber had never installed one of these, so just a simple guide would have been helpful. Also, there are lots of screws, nuts and bolts needed, none included. My plumber had to go to the hardware store twice to get these. I bought this to save money since all parts and hardware were to be included. We are still installing after 3 days so I’m still not sure how it is all going to work. ...
