Good Totes but Always Delivered Damaged
These totes always arrive damaged and broken. They are nice and the right size, but they need to be packed better. I have to return to the store for a credit because they are so broken they cannot be used. The last order I placed, I ordered two sets of two different sizes and was able to get 6 usable totes from the two sets. This is unaceptable. I am working on my 4th order hoping I can get 6 more usable totes. I have not been able to find these in retail stores.

I love these totes, but I've ordered this size plus other sizes multiple times and more than half of the six in the box are delivered cracked and broken. The broken are not usable and I have to return to the store for a credit and reorder as they are not stocked in the store. The last order I placed, I ordered two sets of two different sizes and each box was damaged. I was able to get six undamaged between the two sets and I returned the damaged totes.
