Wonderful Shed and Professional Installation

We're really happy with our new outdoor shed. It was delivered quickly and the installers were fabulous. They brought all the materials for the foundation and flooring as well as the shed. By the end of the day it was fully installed. We like the window, nice roof. It came primed and was easy to paint.

What we bought & got was different sheds

DO NOT BUY THIS pre-made shed. What we bought and what we got are 2 completely different sheds. Look at the pictures. *We bought a shed with deep lines that make it look sort-of like Wood & Batten siding with groves in the walls. What we got was much thinner textured walls with lots of nails and/or screw heads showing - see picture. [not allowed to upload] * We also got 2 pieces of wood that one was so warped it would go around a corner and the other one was smashed up. It took about 3 weeks ...

Now I Can Build ABYTHING!!!!!

I was STUNNED when this arrived! The "shed" came wrapped in a neat rectangular package, with instructions that actually made sense! I did not do this alone! I would never have been able to do so even if I was a master builder. You do need one or two others on hand to assist with locating the parts and building the walls. The roof was something I handed off to my friend who was able to climb up and secure the tar paper and shingles. There were a couple building issues that had us scratching...

Don't count on delivery

It was four weeks for delivery when I ordered it. I took off work to be home. The morning of, Lowes sends an email that it's rescheduled for 9 days later. Evidently Lowes finally got around to checking on whether they had it in stock or needed to order it from the vendor. They can't/won't provide assembly since I won't be able to build it when/if it arrives. Absolute uncaring incompetence.

Don’t buy

Odered shed thinking it was going to be an easy DIY. Well is NOT the instructions are not easy to understand for some who does not about carpentry. In addition the top wood panel that were on the box at time of delivery are rutted. My understanding on this she is supposed to be weather proof. I contacted lowes for return and i being asked to pay to return or for me to return at store. This is a 900 pound box that requires a forklift how am I supposed to return this?? I want my refund ASAP

Lack of communication

The product is good but all very lack of communication. When it had to be rescheduled twice, they never called me. I had to call Lowe's customer service in Casa Grande Arizona, to see what was going on. I feel that THEY SHOULD REFOUND me for the shipping and delivery

what I didn't like and would change

It a good overall shed but a few changes I would do is buying a 2ea treated 2"x4"x12'. cut them down to 11ft. I didn't like having to joint up to smaller section to make the subframe. I would get 4ea untreated 2"x4"x12' for the interior frame. Then have them cut down to 11 feet. It came with flooring. I did upgrade it to a thicker plywood subfloor. I did add additional support to the subfloor frame. I hope this helps anyone out that's thinking about this shed.

ordering from lowes

Ordered a shed from the internet, was told and confirmed would take 5-7 days tor receive.. so far it has been over a month and a half. aftr speaking to corporate the shed suddenly shoed as received and ready to be picked up. Went to pick up center and was told it wasn't in, shed them information that was posted , that it was ready. took them 2 hours to find it. after delivery to site shead was missing 2 4X4 beams
