It’s touch activated that uses 4 double A batteries and rises to almost 5 feet tall when fully activated.

Spooky halloween decor

I still haven’t figured out of the item is triggered by motion or sounds. I currently have it set up inside my house. Sometimes it will randomly go off if my kids are being loud. It came together so no assembly needed all I had to do was place 4 batteries in and it started right up. It has different phrases and rises up.
