Can't believe it was actually sold to me as new
The name of the company that makes these bags is Elf Stor. And it was sold on Lowes.com by Hastings Home. Whoever that shipped it to me thought it was okay to send it used, filthy, and damaged. The item was not on clearance or sale. There were writings on the inside with some white pen, cardboard pieces thrown in, filled with dust and debris, marks like it was stepped on.
