Product Packed Incorrectly

Please advise on how to get the right parts. My shipment arrived with five A top defective shelves but zero B middle shelves and zero C bottom shelf. The eight D connectors only fit in the bottom connection slots of each shelf. The shelves are defective as well as none of the top caps or the wheels fit either. I look forward to your response.

Great Spacesaver

Received today and I assembled it in 20 minutes without any help from hubby. The only question I would have is do you make one where shelves are closer together for soup cans unless it's ok to stack can on top each other.

Exactly as described, extremely easy and quick to assemble

can't handle weight

Git this cart to hold canned goods between stove and counter. 1) plastic likely to warp with heat of stove, thin and a bit pliable 2) difficult to put together because openings announced smaller than ends. Had to use screwdriver to pry. In manufacters defense it makes for a tight connection 3) tiny wheels, can only go forward and backward. When pulled out cannot move to the side! 4) with cans on 3 of the 4 shelves, tends to come apart when pulling it out unless you're very careful 5) shelves too...
