We had a great experience with Harmony. The product was freshly cut and in beautiful shape. The driver was courteous and careful with delivery of the sod. We definitely would recommend this company .

Delivery problems

We schedule delivery for a Friday April 17 between 8am-5pm. The semi showed up 9:48 pm Thursday April 16th, 2026. They were going to leave it in the driveway where I would have been left no way to drive away from my home. I was woken up by my dogs so Luckly I ran out had him move it. He blocks my neighbor's driveway, and she wasn't happy about having to wait to drive in her driveway. Took about a half an hour he rearranged the sod that was left on his truck. Nice green grass

Good Sod but OVER PRICED

The sod was freshly cut and palletized as expected. Delivery was made by the local sod farm- not Lowe’s, which was fine. Driver dropped the grass where I requested. My problem is the massive mark up. Lowe’s charged me $567… buying direct was $347 (including delivery).

Deserves zero stars

I spent so much time preparing the soil on the side of my house to lay down the 20 pieces of sod that I bought last spring. It's now October and only two pieces are barely alive despite all the care I gave it. Now I have to spend more time removing all the dead sod.

Sod was not fresh, with dead spots.

Harmony St. Augstine is not suitable for South Tex

Harmony, is vunderable to chinc bugs, which will kill the . It's looks great when it laid, soon dies due to hot weather we have South Texas. The grass which should be laid in SAT, called Riley St Augstine. It's cheaper & fluroush in SAN ANTONIO.. IT CAN TAKE OUR HOT WEATHER. RILEY comes in pallette just like Harmony. The ground was prepared before Harmony was laid. Grass installed should be after the freeze in SAT. the ground to be warmer. Do not buy Harmony.... $650 down the drain, did ...

Poor customer service

Harmony sod is not a reliable product. After laying the sod, following all instructions, the grass started to die. Harmony then said that an inground irrigation system is required and they are not responsible. This is not stated anywhere and has not been a problem with the St Augustine we laid in front.

Do Not Purchase

honestly the worst purchase we have ever made from Lowe's. Grass arrived dead, and late. we had to throw away more then half after days of giving it time to bounce back. it was also loaded with bugs and weeds. do not waste your money or your time!

Brown and terrible customer service

The grass came half brown after Lane it down in my yard and watering it well. Hoping it would come back. It is still very Brown upon contacting customer service. They will not even offer a partial refund unless I load it back on the pallet and deliver it back to them, which is of course, impractical.
