poor quality in the glass shade and plastic plugs

Would Not Recommend

Glass shade are very thin and break easy. Maybe that's why replacements are on back order and that can't list a stocking date. Plastic plugs to wire the switches to the main harness are 9 pins and if they aren't perfectly align they will not go in. If this is the best Lowes can do with their products I will take my business elsewhere.

beautiful but not as easy to install as some

Would Recommend

5 stars for looks and performance. 2 stars for installation ease. This was my 21st fan installation and this model reminded me of those 20 years ago. Modern styles have easier installation. So be very patient with all those little screws. And you will need a screwdriver that can hold a screw in place like the Klein Tools screwdriver. But once its done, it looks and works fine. Glad I bought it on sale.
