Reliable!
Pretty good experience installing these faucets for several years now. Just make sure the installation hole is drilled the correct size and you're not pinching the water lines when tightening down the faucet. No leaks and no complaints when done correctly. Pull down faucets are standard expectations for kitchens and this style works well with most kitchen aesthetics. The steel optic finish is easily the best since it is similar to most stainless steel sinks. It definitely is a shame to see so...

Buyer Beware
The hose on our Hansgrohe faucet corroded. Since it is built into the faucet, it cannot be replaced annd we must get a new faucet. The company refused to replace it despite a clear defect. Poor design and poor quality. I wouldn’t recommend any Hansgrohe product.

When I move the faucet head to one side of the sink or another it immediately swings back to center. Frustrating.

Low Flow Mold
I purchased this in 2020 because it was recommended by my plumber and supposedly a high end faucet. The volume of water is low, takes for ever to get hot water and if not used for a few hours, the water comes out smells like mold. if you don't clear the water from faucet for 10 seconds, your hands smell like mold. I have found that there is an internal magnet that cause mold build up. There is a magnet that holds the sprayer to the neck. Have you had anyone else with this problem or come up wit...

Great faucet!
Attractive and well constructed faucet works perfectly. Good aeration without splashing in stream or spray mode. Really nice sprayer with nice button for easily switching modes. Needed to position weight on sprayer hose at maximum length for pullout as hose isn’t that long, but it is still long enough for my rather deep sink. I bought the matching soap dispenser which is great and has a nice spout. Very satisfied with this faucet.

Nice choice for outdoor BBQ island
Steel construction with metal on and off switch on the pulldown spray spray head is a must for outdoor full sun BBQ / sink island. This hard to find faucet looks great and was easy to install. Love it!
