Missing filter at the spout

The Good: Generally a high-quality faucet with a beautiful, durable finish and smooth handle operation. It feels solid and looks great in a modern bathroom. The Bad: My unit was missing the aerator/filter at the spout. Without this part, the water splashes everywhere when turned to full pressure. Bottom Line: It’s a great product, but poor quality control on small parts turned a premium faucet into a messy experience. Check for all components before installing!

Great spout length and height. Exactly what I need

The quality of the product was what I expected for the price. Sturdy and heavy and didn't feel cheap or light. The height and spout reach are fantastic so it places the water stream right into the center of the vanity.

High quality, good pressure, long spout reach

High quality faucet. Was looking for a faucet for guest bath with long spout reach that has good water pressure. This faucet is exactly what we wanted. The part at end of faucet from where the water comes out from is slightly angled which greatly helps. Very happy with the purchase. Note that the drain is not pop-up kind and it is old style where you need to use the hook at the back of faucet to close or open the drain, but it's not a problem for us.

Good quality, Poor documentation

very good quality product. However, the description leave out some critical info such as 'is the plate to cover the unused holes included', it is not included so now I have to buy a cover plate and it is not here yet. The drain is pop up, and I was looking for whether it is activated with a rod or by pushing with your thumb. Luckily, it uses a rod for activation.
