Hamilton Beach for years known for quality, this roaster is not.

3 hour for turkey took 5 hours and & was still not done. Easter Sunday 3 hours 275 for pre cooked pork butt, was still 50 degrees below being done! This is the only 2 times I used it since receiving it in November 2024. Have followed all instructions before first use and after.

I can put 3 whole chickens in to cook for a couple or hours. After deboning it helps me to have meals prepared throughout the week. Its even good for big soups or gumbo! Its very easy to clean and like always, our Hamilton Beach products hold up so long.

This roaster is BIG, so big in fact I cooked a 22 lb. turkey in it with absolutely no issues. I was totally blown away as to how good and fast this roaster did the job. It was so good, it has literally put my oven out of business. The outside was nice and brown while the inside was juicy.
