It installs from below the finished ceiling and features four spring-loaded remodel clips that secure the housing to 0.5" or 0.62" ceiling materials for a tight, flush fit. The die-formed remodel flange maintains a precise seal around the ceiling opening, and the Slide-N-Side™ junction box provides multiple 0.5" knockouts and built-in cable traps for fast, tool-less wiring. This IC-rated, Air-Tite™ remodel can light housing supports a wide selection of trims, including halogen, compact fluorescent, and LED lighting, allowing you to create a range of lighting effects with one versatile fixture. Built from galvanized steel for long-term durability and backed by a 5-year limited warranty, HALO housings are designed and tested in the USA with U.S.-based support.
