Did not Meet Expectations

All assembly was required (even putting the door together). The instructions are poor quality and tiny print. Although the instructions dictate specific parts, the parts were not labeled to distinguish between them. Simple sticker labels would fix that and take away the guessing game and save time.

no hardware, 2 boxes not obvious

I picked this up in store. There was one order number and zero indication that the hardware came in a separate box except the shipping label saying box 1 of 2. The Lowe's employee i spoke with after I found the issue refused to look for the missing box and insisted that I have to come to the store for someone to look for the box (26 days later, had several emergencies that prevented me from opening the box sooner) and if it's not there, return the door. The door parts looked poorly milled.

Simple instructions, be sure to follow them.

Door and hardware are as advertised. Great package all around. Good stain finish. Really satisfied with the product.

Full assembly required

The actual doors needed to be fully assembled. This was not reconnected at all in the online description

Nice Door. Order Wider.

Doors are nice. Good quality for the price. We would recommend ordering the door a little bit wider. Maybe have 2" to 4" of overlap on each side. The recommended 1" is not enough for privacy.

Quality, good looking doors! Easy assembly, pieces fit together well! Only negative is the instructions for the soft closure devices are worthless, just go on line for a video!

Don’t order barn food from Lowes

It was scratched and the wrong size from what put together by the associate at Lowes, and installation kept getting canceled and pushed back to finally receive a door that was to small.

Partial Delivery? You are on your own!

The product arrived without the hardware. Lowe's customer service told me it was my job to contact the manufacturer. I did. The manufacturer said they shipped 4 boxes to Lowe's. Lowe's only delivered 2 of the 4 boxes. Lowe's Wareham is looking into it. The missing boxes are tracking no 27561076 0094 and 0760. The boxes that Lowe's delivered are nos 0267 and 1002. Order no 505308778 PO No 265914255.

Just what I needed

Will have to add photos but it's just perfect. Converted one of those barn/sheds into a tiny cabin for a guest area and this was the perfect door to separate the bathroom from the living space. Easy to install (allow for a header at the top), it glides open and closed nicely and we kept with the rustic look by just using a varnish over the wood. So I bought a second one for the next guest cabin!
