Tracks 8 ft and under are one single track and tracks 9 ft and above are connected by two or three tracks; therefore, the spacing between the holes in the connecting section may not be 16 in
We provide 1 year limited warranty for barn door, 3 year limited warranty for hardware kit, and complimentary replacement parts for any items that may be missing or have incurred damage

Product Great - Lowes Dropped the Ball
Received the package but the box did not have the mounting hardware in it. Per the manufacturer there should have been a second box but Lowes never gave it to me. Now I have to fight with Lowes to get it.

It's a Build it Yourself Door
Arrived quickly, and they had a variety of sizes that fit with what we needed. However, it is not well advertised that this is a DIY Kit for the rail kit AND the door itself. We did not realize this until we picked it up and found that it was in a box that's 8inx12inx84in. Just wish it would have been better described in the initial description vs 3/4 of the way through the paragraph at the very bottom of the description page.

I would not say that most people coul do it
I could not have been happier. The quality of the wood was great and it was so easy to put together as a kit. It was all cut just to specific. I would do another one if I had a need.
