Me and my spouse bought a small ranch home that had dark brown walls in all the main living areas that made the house appear even smaller. I wanted to brighten the rooms up. I wanted a warm off white color that did not give off "yellow" undertones . I also did not want white as I love the white trim in the house and wanted something to contrast it. This color was one of the samples I picked up from Lowes in this great search. I fell in love with this this color; especially for my small home. It...
Stone Eagle
I’m doing a bit of remodeling and decided new floors and whole house inside paint would be nice. I went with stone eagle. I like that it’s a light color and not too over powering. It doesn’t make your room look small. I painted over white walls so get the true color this was meant to be. This color changes with lighting. In my bedroom it’s a nice light grey. In my bathroom with yellowish lighting which will be replaced soon too it’s more of a light blue. I haven’t noticed green but definitely bl...
Fantastic color for our vaulted main room
We painted our living room this color in 2015 and it still looks great. Color is beginning to darken so I’m researching coordinating colors to repaint but I can’t imagine the room in anything but this beautiful pale gold color. Doyal Gold was a great pick for us!
Very nice color
I picked this for my house and worried it would be too garish and annoying, but it is exactly what I wanted: a nice, soothing cream with a touch of golden yellow. It's great for people who like sunny rooms, but doesn't want the yellow to so noticable it draws the eyes and constantly reminds you that you are in a yellow room. If it just noticable enough to brighten a drab room and lighten your mood, which was the effect I was going for. Pairs well with the swiss coffee ceiling paint I chose.
Loved this color!!
I tried 12 different colors trying to find a gray color, even absolute gray which looked khaki. This is the one we choose and have since painted our living room, kitchen, hallway, and kids playroom in this color. There was a lot that had a blue tint but not this one. Luckily I was able to get everything finished before My sons birthday party. My SIL thought it had a blue tint but everyone else that I’ve showed it to loved it and said it was gray. It only took 2 gallons to paint my livingRoom, ki...
Filmy Green - More Blue on our walls
I used this in our kitchen which has busy tiger wood flooring and 1980 oak cabinets. I really loved the paint chips in the various light and thought it would be a good color to add a little color but coordinate with the other grey tones we have planned for other house areas. Got the room painted and it is definitely pulls blue for our lighting/room. (like sea salt blueish). I don't dislike it - it just wasn't what we expected after having the paint chips up. I normally buy sample p...
Surprised
I'd recommend this product but not because this picture is a realistic representative. We've now had 2 experiences of on line Sherwin Williams color samples that couldn't be further from the picture. We picked Clary Sage based on the picture since we wanted a true medium green sage. The sample we put on the wall looked much lighter. We went with the paint color anyway because it looked acceptable based on the lighting in our home. When it went on the wall it looked aqua! We were quite alarm...
Super disappointed
I have painted my house about 3 different times now .. the first was flat paint which I have kids so I can't have it then my husband purchased a color that ways way to dark . So I went and found sanctuary grey it looked perfect not to light not to dark. I was looking for a light grey. I went to my newly purchased house, to only discover that the paint is baby blue. I spent way to much on paint that is a color i didn't even want, and now my move in date is way to close for me to paint my entire h...
NOT a clean, sophisticated gray-blue
For a company that prides itself on color mixing and perfecting, this is a major MISS for Sherwin-Williams! If you’re looking for a sweet little boy blue, this krypton is it. If you’re looking for a subtle gray with a HINT of blue instead of green, stay far away from this. My base was a Kilz White. The result was BLUE! Maybe I should have started with a BLACK base but I don’t think even that would’ve helped correct the color. Purchased at SW and overpaid for a quart. But thank God I didn’t waste...

Finally, gray on my walls!!!
Repose Gray actually appears Gray on my walls! YES! It took several trials of different colors and I'm going with this one. Repose Gray is the circled one and the on the left is North Star which once again showed blue. Same picture just without the blue circle; not sure why it's darker...
