One of the best
As an owner of rental property, I do a lot of painting. One sure thing I can count on is needing two coats when I paint white woodwork. But this pain, is an easy one coat job. Yes, it may be expensive, but time is money. And if I can do the job in less time, thats a definite plus

NOT A ONE COAT WONDER
Do not waste your money on this if you are looking for a one coat wonder. Go with the cheaper still really good option so you can do multiple coats. This still requires at least 2 to 3 coats
