Not one coat coverage.

We purchased about 10 gallons of the Infinity Sherwin Williams paint for most of the interior of our house. We purchased this because it was guaranteed one-coat coverage, and we had a range of colors to cover including a very dark gray, some light gray, and some almost white. This paint did not one-coat cover any of the colors including the white. We had to repaint portions or all of each wall with every color. HIGH Priced Can Of Water

Went to Lowes to purchase a couple gallons of paint to paint over some LIGHT tan colored walls in my living room and dining room. The "paint guy" highly suggested this overpriced junk saying that it would cover my current color( I even brought a swatch of my current color with me). One coat coverage is a JOKE. You'll spend extra but paint twice

The one-coat claim is bogus; I had to do two after finding the old paint showing up like freckles under the new stuff. I had to go all over it when it dried just looking for the buggy parts. I painted with a brush. Why did it do that? Did I stir it for a full three minutes (it doesn't say to do that)? Nope. Did I use a high-quality brush? It was new, anyway. Did I load my brush? Don’t waste your time

Was talked into SW brand because my valspar line was no longer available. Was told it was the very best paint in their line. Many many years ago, I attempted to use SW paint and it was crap. I told them so. They mixed this for me at the price of lower quality because they were so sure I’d love it. I appreciate they were willing to do this. I let them know I preferred very thick paint. I have used about 14 gal of the ultra white paint in my house .I tried several types of rollers 3/8" & 1/2" rollers. the finish product is good but I can not say that this paint is 1 coat. I painted over light pastel colors and in all the rooms I had to put 2 coats of paint. If you are ok with 2 coats this paint is for you. Durable, but difficult to apply evenly

Had many positive comments on this paint before buying. Premium paint, best on the market, one coat coverage, etc so I tried it. It is pretty hard to apply in that it dries tacky VERY fast so I had to work fast to blend roller marks or the nap pattern wouldn't turn out consistent. At first, I did about 3-4 roller widths before going back to roll-off/blend, but that actually pulled the paint off the wall and looked terrible, so I ended up repainting the wall blending only with the previous 1 r...

Greatly Dissapointed

Buying the premium line of paint, you would anticipate it to be some pretty good stuff right? Well, not 100%. This stuff does a great job covering 90% in just one coat. The main issue with this paint is that it dries obscenely fast. This sounds like a great thing, but the paint will dry in the pan and cause chunks within the first 10 minutes of painting. Horrible paint

Worst paint ever. I bought 3 cans of this paint to do my living room and combined dining room. I had to buy another can to finish second coating it. I hate it! It is supposed to be eggshell, and it looks horrible. Still finding spots that aren’t covered and painted over a very similar color.you. You don’t even want to touch the walls because it feels so nasty. I went to lowes and they told me that it had been pulled from the shelves to remanufacture it. Gee, I wonder why! Not a One Coat Paint

I am very disappointed in this product. When I went to Lowe’s to buy paint for my baby’s room, I wanted to get Valspar Reserve. I’ve painted almost my entire house with this paint, and I loved how I only needed to paint one coat because of the amazing coverage.
