Used outside on trim and garage door
The original flat paint held onto dirt, not it gets almost all of it off just using my garden hose.

Enamel may yellow somewhat with sun exposure.
Right out of the can it was great! My mistake was i didnt notice it was enamel..i used it on treated wood that frames a metal patio roof thats over 50 years old. Wonderful coverage although i bought another can of latex to finish the job. Id read where enamel paint yellows over time so i switched to latex.

Sherwin Williams very best paint - self cleaning
I put this paint on a concrete exterior wall and on a aluminum clad porch roof. It's self priming, no mildew or mold builds up, self cleaning and it holds up to the pounding rain (self cleaning). I normally would not put it on a roof because it can be slippery, just don't ever go up there unless its bone dry. I'm looking for this paint to hold up at least 10 to 15 years and hopefully much more than that.
