Wish I could use it
Tool box was shipped from Grizzly and upon opening the box I noticed the top was damaged and the tool mat was ripped. But the worst part was that all of the drawers were locked and there was no key to be found anywhere. So I can't even use it. I emailed and called twice to Grizzly and the response they gave my was to "flip it over and see if the drawers open or drill out the lock." I paid a lot of money for a tool box and they already want me to drill through the lock. I will be returning to...

Paid a lot, but can’t use it
The top rail was dented in and the top neoprene mat was torn, which I can live with. But, I’m unable to use the tool box bc the drawers are locked and no key was provided. I’ve called and sent two emails to Grizzly with no resolution. Kind of crappy when you spend so much and get no support.
