I purchased this online, when my fiance picked it up and braught it home we plugged it in to make sure it worked because I was unaware I was purchasing a floor model! she came with no box no instructions her arm out of the socket and dirty feet with the A, B, C stickers all attached and won't come off! very disappointed.
