I bought this a few years ago. I never used the detergent tank until recently. I found out there is an issue with the suction. I chatted with an agent and even though it is out if warranty they would not budge at all with sending me a replacement or even offer to pay for shipping. Geeeez

Defective out of the box!
Just purchased the GPW2700 Pressure Washer about 2 hours ago. The unit will only run with the soap nozzle on it and even then, it shuts off when I let go of the trigger. I now have a partially power washed patio for a party tomorrow. :/
