I first contacted Greenworks Customer Service on April 28 regarding my CRZ428 80V Zero Turn Lawn Mower because the batteries are no longer holding a charge. Even with a full charge, the mower only runs for about 25 minutes, which is far below the expected runtime. Exceptionally well built, this however increases the weight and if you have hills or steep inclines expect runtime to be reduced. Also, hills and slopes will need to be dry to prevent slipping. Great mower
I bought this mower at end of April. I mow about 4 acres, I can do it all on one charge. This thing is great, only problem was I had never used a zero turn so that was a learning process. I'm getting pretty good now. My wife even mowed with it one day, she loved it. Seat is very comfortable. My only problem is speed, it is very quick and since I'm a newbie to zero turns I keep it on low speed setting.
