What Customers Are Saying
The pressure washer provides ample power for cleaning siding, decks, and other surfaces without risking damage. Convenient features like dual soap tanks, interchangeable nozzles, and a compact design with a hose reel make it easy to use and store. However, some users have reported issues with durability, such as leaks and pump failures after short periods of use. The pressure may also be insufficient for more demanding cleaning tasks. Overall, it appears suitable for light to medium-duty needs, but long-term reliability is questionable based on the mixed reviews.

I recently damaged the hose on this unit as it accidentally hit a pointed edge of a firewood when I pull the hose hard. It leaked like crazy. Other than that, the unit itself still works great. It still functions like brand new. I just hope it will last for more years to come. Now I am shopping for a hose replacement so I can finish what I started.

Do not purchase!
This unit was purchased for cleaning around the house. After about an hour it stopped working. I let it set for a day and tried to use it. Again it would not work. I returned it to the Store and explained the problem. "Oh yea, that can happen with these". Nice time to find out after it was purchased!
Beware of Buying This Product
This pressure washer works well but all the water doesn't drain out of it when you are finished. If you live in an area that freezes in the winter and you leave it in an unheated area and you don't fill it with anti-freeze, the cheap internal pot metal fittings will explode and the product becomes useless. I got one summer's use out of this washer and now have an expensive garage ornament. If you live in a warmer area, it's a good product.
Underwhelmed with reliability
Consistent with a few other reviews, this unit leaks horribly and provides marginal water pressure since the leaking began. It leaks water over the electrical switches which is questionable on safety. It has only been used less than 10 times. I also have a Greenworks lawn mower (electric) that is much better quality. The power washer is marginal at best.
Didn't last two years
I purchased this unit in 2012 (Unit is marked as being built in 0412). It is now 2015 and the first time I've tried to use it, there is water pouring out of every orifice except the nozzle. I would have expected this to last more than 1 1/2 seasons. The locking device for the collapsing handle has never worked right, popping out every time I try to move it. I got in the habit of just grabbing the handle on the reel and carry it to where I needed it.
Pump Seizes (Rusts) after 4 Uses in 2 Years
So, I did nothing special with this power washer. I used it for cleaning my deck twice and for power washing 2 sides of my modest house, twice. Worked fine....when it worked. I used no cleaning agents, only water, through the hose. Went to fire it up for summer number 3 and the pump has seized up. You can hear it trying to power up, but nothing happens, and it seems to heat up and short itself out. So, I'm not a pressure washer expert, but I would think that a pressure washer should not seize u...
Poorly designed
I have owned this product I purchased from lowes for about 18 months. We have used it about 8-10 times. Each time there was a problem with the electrical cord. Initially I thought it may be the gfi so I spent time checking that only to find if I finagled with it I finally got it working long enough to finish. Then the pressure hose sprung two leaks due to the poorly designed connection on the reel. I replaced the hose a few weeks ago and already there is a crimp that will soon be squirting water...
Died after 5 uses
It blew my circuit breaker and it was one month after warranty was up. Cost me $40 to find out it couldn't be fixed. Very disappointing as I did love the features and was perfect for what I needed to do, mostly clean my deck.
Didn't last long
I purchased this model four years ago. I used it to wash my cars and to clean my decks (two large decks). I just started using it today to wash my house (vinyl siding). The motor started experiencing problems about 20 minutes into use and repeatedly tripped the circuit breaker. I tried using a different circuit but with same results. The motor turns on but once I trigger the wand the circuit overheats and the motor is straining. There is sufficient water flow into the washer. I didn't pay much f...
