Product bag was full of holes, cashier gave me a roll of tape to DIY in the hot sun! We requested help loading our car as there were 3 men working in the garden area. My husband is 78, I am 72 and no one came to help us load the car 5 bags of soil, 5 bags of redwood bark, 4 bags of black sand, 2 heavy stepping stones. Shame on them, worst customer service EVER!!!! Does anyone actually read this?
