Damaged in Shipping

The door is gorgeous. The door was damaged in multiple areas upon arrival. If you're in a hurry to get this installed, consider a different option. It took over a month to arrive and now I have to send it back. The frame around the windows was broken in half and glued back together and the inside of the door experienced rub during shipment (I'm assuming). Follow Up

After multiple conversations with Greatview Doors, They still refuse to stand behind their products. Doors look nice but I would stay as fall away from this company as possible. Feel sure they will follow up with something but they are trying to save face. Doors leak terribly, wood cracks, etc. They will give you a laundry list of things you supposedly did wrong but in the end outside of putting their exterior door inside is the only fullproof way it will not leak. Leaks

We purchased 8 doors for our new home. They were installed and finished by the builder to the specs given by Greatview. They started leaking first rain. We reached out to Lowes, they told us they don't warranty the product we would have to call Greatview. We reached out to Greatview, sent pictures as requested. Very Nice looking door

We purchased this door for our remodel. It is very pretty and gives the home a nice updated look. Was professionally installed and is hanging perfectly in our opening. Only issue is that even with the grommet attached to the bottom plate, the door "rattles" and does not seal completely. Would love to know if there is an alternative sized grommet to use to get a more secure close than the one provided with the door.

Terrible doors

Installed these doors on a new construction house. Doors have leaked since installtion. This is an exterior door that is not supposed to be exposed to the elements(???). Greatview refuses to accept responsibility for the doors and Lowes passes the buck. From Greatview: Build an awning, recaulk the door, blah, blah, blah. After only 6 months, already warping.

Purchased, installed and immediately coated with stain and 3 coats of poly. After less than 6 months, the bottom of the door is peeling as if it isn't solid wood, but rather veneer. Will be contacting Lowes to hopefully remedy. Between the initial cost and the time and money spent on installation and finish, I'm not sure how they'll handle it. Very disappointing especially considering the price point of these doors.

Terrible Quality

This door is terrible. The factory attempted to repair knots and they look terrible. It arrived damaged with splits in the panels. Additionally, some of the knots are more then 2/3 the depth of the door and will fail eventually in the sun as it ages. Lowes did not stand behind the product and they attempted to take down my first review.
