Would Recommend

My wife and I installed this door and were very happy with it. After installing it a contractor dropped a hammer on the threshold and put a large dent into the aluminum. I visited the local company found on my delivery ticket and the nice folks at Greatview doors in Houston gave me a new threshold for free. It was the best customer service we have had in years.

Missing Parts on Door

Would Not Recommend

No installation Instructions . Holes for fixed door latches not drilled. Missing the seals that go between doors on top and bottom missing. Tried contacting vender that built door which is not available. Cannot find anywhere I can get those seals. Tried Lowes chat which is only virtual assist. Support for this SUCKS
