Gorilla Playsets Highpoint Residential Wood Playset

Won't hold up

We purchased this swingset for Christmas a little over a year ago. We did everything right, sealed it with Gorilla products as they advise on their website and this thing looks like we've had it for 15 years, the wood is splintering, the color is faded and even after it was professionally installed it's literally falling apart. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

Not Complete

All of the parts were not included. The climbing rope could not be installed because the plastic knobs to keep it in place, were not in the box. Now we have to wait over a month for them to come back and install. Very annoying.

Main Supports are Rotting

Our playset is 5 years old. I noticed that the main supports that touch the ground are beginning to rot. My kids really love the playset so it's sad to see it deteriorate. One of the main rear that I went with Gorilla is because of the 10 year warranty. Gorilla will not respond to calls or emails.

Looked great, then after 1 year not so much.

Also, the install person will just be a random people who owns a drill. Be wary and fully inspect yours after its installed.

Worth the money!
