Still hasn’t shipped.
I ordered this nearly a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped (it was supposed to be delivered three days ago). Considering cancelling at this point. I’m also very frustrated that they inflated the price to make it look like the playset was on sale. The day after the “sale” ended the list price of the product dropped down to the sale price. The actual price of this playset is $1697.

Overpriced and poorly made
I bought this last year and if you saw it, you'd think it was outside for 5+ years. The paint is faded, beams shows cracks and some of the screws have popped. Also, when you pay to have it assembled, they just send a random guy with a drill who had likely never put one of these together before. Took 2 days and for what they charge, you can do a better job because you'll actually care.

A regrettable purchase and installation was too
This was installed a year ago and you'd think it was 5+ years old. The beams are starting to crack, its fading grey in parts and screws are popping out in some spots. You'll regret paying for installation as well. It's just a random guy with a drill who has likely never seen one of these before. Delivery was bad too, they forgot a slide and had to go back. Save your money and DO NOT BUY one of these from here!
