Software issue not covered
Purchase at your own risk. Mine stopped working. Come to find out I was a week out of warranty but it’s a software problem. Nothing I did but I’ m out of luck because it’s not under warranty. Totally unfair given it’s a software issue nothing I did. I’m replacing my whole system

Worst key lock entry EVER!!!! impossible to connect through 7 different apps, none of them work together, 5 different people who are extremely tech savvy tried to connect it and was not able to connect- way more complicated then it is worth. Terrible product!!!

[Employee of yalehome] This lock, and I have two of them for over 5 years now. They are always working and never drop off. I have unlocked my door from London when I was on vacation for my maintenance man to do some work since he forgot his number. I read that individuals are having issues with the connections, I use to wonder if they are using a weak WiFi network and that is what is causing there issues. Like I have said 5 years, 2 locks, in two different states and houses and they work amazing...
