I expected much better quality from Yale. As shown in the photo, the glossy front screen scratches incredibly easily under normal use. The plastic surface is now covered with visible scratches and scuff marks, making what should be a premium-looking smart lock look old and damaged. What makes this even more frustrating is that the scratched screen serves no purpose other than aesthetics, yet once it's damaged there's no practical way to restore it. Easy to install.
Only issue is that Google Home can't unlock it. The older lock on the other door can be unlocked by google home and using the pin. You might need to ream out the deadbolt hole in the door though if it's older.

Nest does not connect with no support.
I had one of these that worked for 3 years. So I bought another for a new property, however, the Nest will not connect to the internet no matter what I do. And it is too late to take it back because it is already installed. It is very expensive and should work, There is no Nest Support available.
