This LED light with auto-timer feature provides 117 total PAR while only using 78 watts and comes fully assembled for hanging installation with a triangle hanging system included. The dual lamp design with its LED cool operation prevents burning of leaves or fruit compared to fluorescent lamps. This plant grow light is easy to install, long-lasting, and maintenance-free with no bulb to replace.
Choose the spectrum setting that will help your plant thrive best through each growth cycle — blue for seedling, white for vegetative, and red for flowering/fruiting; press 1, 2, or all 3 at the same time to produce custom settings to meet plants needs

Guessing with the price, most should be fine
Worked great for about a week. Then quit and was tripping GFCI outlet. Few screws and took apart. Upon inspection there was 1 power cable strip that was pinched during assembly and with the little amount of heat, it melted through the insulation and was shorting out. Wrapped some electric tape and re assembled making sure not to pinch the wires and it's working great again. Would of gave a better rating if it wasn't for the few lose stripped screws and shorted wires.

Plant grow light
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice grow light. It makes starting seeds indoors so much easier. I put this grow light just a couple of inches above my starters and then waited for them to grow. I like how the light has different colors for different times of the day. My seeds have been doing so much better this year compared to last year when I didn't have this light fixture.

Works well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was a bit smaller than I hoped for, but it does do a good job in my plant nursery. I start from seedlings and grow herbs and plants. With it being the end of winter, my seedlings need a much healthy light as they can get, so this was very handy.
