Purchased socks for my wife who has trouble with cold feet. Battery’s will not take charge, and socks drain what little they do charge within an hour. Have not tried to reach out to customer service so I can’t comment on that yet.

These are AMAZING and there's no way I'd get through winter without them. Quality is awesome, they literally last years without wearing out.

Very disappointed
I received this in the mail yesterday, I must have gotten a defective one, neither sock gets anywhere near warm. Can barely tell they are on after a full charge. Very disappointed as they were a gift for somebody going on a cold vacation in two days and a return won't be on time.

So i wanted to love...
So I wanted to love these but my Raynauds affects my toes and these only heat the ball of my foot. I found that my toes were still in trouble from the cold. Also, the seam ran right behind the tip of my toe, making it more painful. On a positive note, they were soft and heated nicely- just not where I needed.

It's very difficult to pull on, and the heat is lukewarm at best. The controls are awkward. The battery fits into socks barely and is too high up to access under jeans. I sent them back and got denied by the return folks.

Seems to work good. The floor I work on is hard concrete and cold in winter. some stitching came loose exposing the little wire used for the hook up. Managed to fix that for now. Might make that area on both sides where the zipper is a bit thicker or stronger. Read some one had the same problem.

Love these! They run a little big, so if you’re on the brink choose a size down. They are comfortable and warm. The key fob allows me to stay warm while continuing to work. I can’t imagine another winter without them!
